How do you source the probate and estate leads?
We monitor court systems and legal filings weekly to identify the newest probate and estate cases. Our process ensures you receive leads in a timely and accurate manner.

How fresh are the leads, and when were they last updated?
Our leads are typically between 3 and 7 days old, including weekends. Competing services often deliver probate information 21 to 31 days after court filings and charge a hefty amount. Our subscribers receive the newest list each week and we charge $100 or less per month depending on which subscription you choose. We offer a significant speed advantage with over 100 local leads per month and the cost is far less than one dinner out or even ordering in!.

How many leads will I receive each month?
In Manhattan, based on historical data, we believe we can deliver a minimum of approximately 100 leads per month (approx. 25 leads+ per week). Most months may include more but probate filings fluctuate.

What information is included in each lead?
Each lead includes:

• Estate name and address

• Property type (co-op, condo…etc)

• Executor names, relationships, and addresses

• Estate attorney details (name, firm, email, and phone)

• Asset information (when available)

Why don’t you provide phone numbers for the executors?
We’ve chosen not to include executor phone numbers at this time (but we may change our mind). Our reason is to help protect you from accidentally calling someone on the National “Do Not Call” List. Many sales professionals unknowingly risk fines or complaints by calling restricted numbers. If you’d like to make calls, there are easy-to-use apps and services available that can help you locate numbers. 

Subscription & Pricing

Is there a trial period?

At this time, we do not offer trial periods, but we can supply an old list as a sample before you decide to subscribe. Just send us an email and we will send over a sample list for your consideration..

What subscription plans do you offer?

We offer three flexible subscription options:

• 3-Month Plan: $100 per month (billed every 3 months)

• 6-Month Plan: $90 per month (billed every 6 months)

• 12-Month Plan: $80 per month (billed every 12 months)

Each plan bills upfront for the full term.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel at any time. However, cancellation only stops future renewals, it does not end your current term early. You’ll continue to have access until the end of the plan you already paid for.

Does my subscription auto-renew?

Yes. Your plan renews automatically for the same term unless you cancel or change subscription option before the renewal date.

Exclusivity & Coverage

Which counties or regions do you cover, and can I target a specific area?
We currently cover Manhattan and will soon expand to Brooklyn, Long Island, and Westchester. Additional regions will be announced as they launch.
