1. Subscription & Auto-Renewal

By subscribing to Heir Pilot’s Probate Lead Service, you agree to purchase a recurring subscription for the term selected (3 months, 6 months or 12 months). Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each term at the then-current rate unless canceled prior via email. Cancellation will stop future renewals, but does not end your current term early. You’ll continue to have access until the end of the plan you already paid for.

2. Services Provided

• Weekly delivery of probate and estate leads

• Minimum of approximately 100 verified leads per month

• Leads are provided in a format ready for mail merge, labels, and outreach campaigns

3. Permitted Use

You may use the leads solely for your own marketing, prospecting, and service outreach. Reselling, sharing, or redistributing leads is strictly prohibited.

4. No Guarantee of Results

We provide leads based on recent court filings and public records. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee specific sales results or that every lead will be actionable.

5. Payment & Refunds

• Payment is due upfront for the selected subscription term.

• All payments are non-refundable unless required by law.

• If a payment fails, access to leads will be suspended until resolved.

6. Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable laws, including marketing and privacy regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, TCPA). You are solely responsible for your communications with leads.

7. Limitation of Liability

Heir Pilot’s total liability for any claim related to this service is limited to the amount you paid during the most recent subscription term.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your subscription for misuse, including reselling leads or violating laws.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms with notice via email or website posting. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Puerto Rico
